Cancellation policy

General services require 24 hours notice for cancelling, failure to do so may result in a 10$ per appointment cancellation fee.

Birthday Parties require 7 days cancellation notice. This includes changes in party size if the amount exceeds the included 4 guests. Failure to provide 7 days notice will result in 50% of the party cost charged onto the credit card on file. Failure to provide 24 hours notice prior will result in 100% of the party charged to the credit card on file.
